FK Zalgiris Vilnius – Dinamo Tbilisi

A spectacular eight‑goal feast unfolded at Vilnius as FK Zalgiris, perched at 29th with nine points, demolished Dinamo Tbilui’s 46th‑placed side 7‑2. The win boosted Zalgiris’ goal difference to –2 (14‑16) while leaving Dinamo’s tally at –1 (8‑9) after the heavy defeat. Both clubs have already split their head‑to‑head meetings this campaign, each having secured a victory, so the result tipped the balance decisively in Zalgiris’ favour. The three‑point surge lifts Zalgiris a step closer to the safety zone, whereas Dinamo’s hopes of climbing out of the relegation mire have taken a serious knock.
