Sonderjyske – Viborg

Sonderjyske’s search for a first point this season continued at home as they were held to a goalless draw by fourth‑placed Viborg. The result leaves the hosts still languishing in 12th place with just two points from eight games, having failed to win any of their six defeats and two stalemates while conceding 19 goals. Viborg, meanwhile, pick up a valuable point to sit on 14, their record of four wins, two draws and two losses reflecting a solid goal difference of +4. The two sides have already met once this campaign, that encounter also ending without a winner, and the dead‑lock in Sønderjylland simply extends their evenly matched head‑to‑head record. Both clubs now turn their attention to the next fixtures, with Sonderjyske desperate to break their winless run and Viborg aiming to keep pressure on the league leaders.
