FC Thun – Vikingur Reykjavik

FC Thun turned their home ground into a fortress, dispatching Vikingur Reykjavik 3‑0 in a convincing league performance. The Swiss side’s clean sheet deepened the Icelandic visitors’ woes, leaving Vikingur still languishing at the bottom of the table in 138th place with zero points from two defeats and a –4 goal difference. While Thun’s own standing remains unrecorded, the victory adds three points to their tally and boosts their confidence after the win. The two clubs have already split their season series, each having secured a win in their previous encounter, setting the stage for a potentially tighter contest should they meet again.
