Benevento – Ravenna

Benevento secured a thrilling 5‑3 victory over Ravenna in a high‑scoring league encounter at home, extending their tally to seven points from two wins, a draw and two defeats. The result improves their goal difference to +1, having scored six and conceded five so far this season, and keeps them perched in seventh place. Ravenna, whose exact standing is unavailable, were unable to match the hosts’ attacking output despite netting three times. This win also tips the head‑to‑head balance in Benevento’s favour, as they have now beaten Ravenna once this campaign while the visitors have yet to claim a point against them.
